1. Overview

ViewPhoto.TV is a browser‑based tool that allows users to display photos from their phone on a TV or computer screen using a temporary QR‑code session. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You may use ViewPhoto.TV if you are at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. No registration or account is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload or display illegal content
• share copyrighted material without permission
• harass, threaten, or harm others
• attempt to disrupt or reverse‑engineer the service
• upload harmful files (malware, viruses, exploits)

You are responsible for the content you choose to display during a session.

4. Temporary Photo Sessions

ViewPhoto.TV uses temporary sessions to display photos on a screen. These sessions are not permanent and are deleted automatically when closed.

• Photos exist only during the active session
• Default session lifetime: 180 minutes
• You may end the session at any time
• Closing the browser window ends the session immediately
• All photos are deleted automatically when the session ends

5. Temporary Storage on Cloudflare

To deliver photos from your phone to the screen, ViewPhoto.TV uses temporary storage on Cloudflare servers (R2 / edge cache). This storage is strictly temporary and exists only to support the active session.

• Photos are stored only for the duration of the session
• Default session duration: 180 minutes
• Photos are deleted automatically when the session ends
• No photos are stored permanently
• No photos are analyzed, indexed, or used for training
• No photos are shared with third parties

Cloudflare acts only as a temporary transport layer. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.

6. No Warranty

ViewPhoto.TV is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• availability
• performance
• compatibility with specific devices
• error‑free operation

We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewPhoto.TV is not liable for:

• loss of data
• device damage
• interruption of service
• misuse of the service by users
• content displayed during sessions

You use the service at your own risk.

8. Third‑Party Services

ViewPhoto.TV may rely on third‑party technologies such as:

• web browsers
• QR code scanners
• Android WebView or Trusted Web Activity (TWA)
• Cloudflare infrastructure

These third‑party components have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Google Play Requirements

If ViewPhoto.TV is distributed as an Android app via Google Play:

• we comply with Google Play Developer Policies
• we do not collect personal data
• we do not request sensitive permissions
• we do not use tracking SDKs
• payments (if any) are processed by Google Play Billing

10. Changes to These Terms
